We’ve very much missed welcoming visitors to the Spirit of Harrogate store and delivering our experiences to fellow gin lovers and we look forward to the day where we can open our doors again safely. However, we are extremely proud to be part of our community and it has been brilliant to see everyone come together throughout the current situation.

As we enter the next phase of lockdown, we wanted to share everything that Team Slingsby has been up to during this time.
We switched up production to produce WHO formulated hand sanitiser which we have now donated to over 50 care homes and hospices including St Michaels Hospice, Grosvenor House, Ashfield Court Nursing Home, Manor House Care Home and Vida Hall to name just a few. Our hand sanitiser has been made up into 3-litre bag in boxes, if your organisation is interested in our hand sanitiser, please email Jack for more details here.
To show our gratitude and appreciation for our hard working and dedicated NHS workers in Harrogate, we delivered a gift of gin through donating a pallet of our ready to serve G&T range, Solo. We have also provided our Slingsby tote bags to health care workers so they can place their uniforms in ahead of them being laundered. It is just a small way to show how grateful we are to those who have been on the frontline throughout the pandemic to help our community.
We are also offering a 10% discount for Blue Light card holders and NHS workers. This discount can be claimed by emailing the team on info@spiritofharrogate.co.uk or messaging us on social media with an image of your NHS badge or Blue Light card to receive your own discount code.
We’ve also been trying to keep spirits high with our personal local delivery service each week. Our team has taken to the roads to hand deliver Solo to our Harrogate customers for them to enjoy – all in time for the weekend.
Our mixology team, who have been missing seeing you all on our experiences, has been keeping our fans entertained on social media with our Slingsby Sofa Sessions. Whether that is with a gin-themed quiz, live distillation or cocktail masterclass, we’ve been bringing Slingsby to your sofa in the safety of your home.
