DELIVERY

We will aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days for £4.99 - we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. We only ship to UK Mainland and are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Any order which contains a full case of six bottles will receive free standard delivery for all items in their basket.

Our orders are handled by DPD who require taking a photo of the parcel in your doorway as proof of goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. You will receive a text message and an email to the contact details you provided us on your order, which will then put you in control of your parcel. You can add a safe place, assign a neighbour or schedule it to be delivered to your nearest DPD drop-off point. 

DPD are experiencing some delays on deliveries at the moment. To find out if your area is affected, head over to the DPD website. 

RETURNS 

For cancellations or returns please contact us on 01423 541279 or e-mail us at onlineorders@spiritofharrogate.co.uk. You have 14 days to change your mind and will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods ordered. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging and we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. If any item has been received damaged then please contact us on the details provided above.
