Slingsby x Royal Ascot Competition T&Cs

Competition Terms & Conditions 
  1. By entering one of our competitions, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Entrants must be UK residents and 18 years old or over at the time of entry. 
  3. Competitions are not open to Spirit of Harrogate Limited or Ascot Racecourse employees or any other company linked to the competition in any way.
  4. Entrants must enter via the Typeform here.
  5. There is one prize available. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. No alternative prize will be offered if unsuitable.
  6. The prize includes four tickets to Royal Ascot on Saturday 22nd June 2024. Return helicopter flights from Battersea to the Royal Ascot heliport, and a chauffeur transfer to and from the racecourse. Entry to the Terrace Club in the Queen Anne Enclosure with food and drink courtesy of Royal Ascot & Slingsby Gin. Dress code applies. Drink allocation is 5x drink vouchers per person redeemable on the Slingsby Gin Terrace bar in the Queen Anne enclosure. 
  7. The prize does not include transport to and from Battersea heliport or accommodation. 
  8. Spirit of Harrogate Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative/similar value product should the advertised prize be unavailable. 
  9. The closing date is 31st December 2023. Spirit of Harrogate Limited reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. All entries must be received before the date stated in order to be entered into the competition.
  10. The prize draw winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entrants. 
  11. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The winner will be notified by 4th February 2024, together with details of how to redeem the prize and any associated third-party Terms and Conditions.
  13. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, Spirit of Harrogate Limited reserves the right to re-select a winner randomly from all other qualifying entrants.
  14. By entering the prize draw, the winner consents to their name being published as the winner of the prize draw and to participate in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion in printed and/or online formats. 
  15. Spirit of Harrogate Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the prize draw or these terms and conditions without prior notice. 
  16. Spirit of Harrogate Limited reserves the right to retain entrants’ information to improve our products, services, content, and advertising. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by emailing info@spiritofharrogate.co.uk.
