Christmas is nearly upon us and our resident mixologists here at Slingsby have created some of the best festive tipples around to suit every taste palette!
Slingsby Rhubarb Rocker
- 35ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- 50ml Cranberry juice
- 15ml Bourbon
- Mint Leaves
- 5 Cranberries
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and add all the ingredients and stir well. Garnish with the mint leaves and a dusting of icing sugar.
Slingsby Black Forest Gateaux
- 35ml Slingsby Vodka
- 25ml Cassis
- 25ml Dark chocolate liqueur
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a cream float and garnish with grated chocolate.
Spiced Slingsby
- 30ml Slingsby London dry
- 50ml Orange juice
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 12.5ml Cherry heering
Churn with crushed ice, cap and garnish with cinnamon, cloves, orange and a maraschino cherry.
Mince Pie Martini
- 25ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin
- Muddled mince meat
- 5ml Sugar syrup
- 5ml Dry Vermouth
Shake and fine strain all ingredients into chilled martini garnish with 3 raisins on a pick.
