See in London Fashion Week with a suitably fashionable concoction
We're sure you've noticed by now that we're big fans of all things fashion, having been an official partner of the British Fashion Awards for the past two years. And with the next London Fashion Week just around the corner, we're more than ready to see what's next from Britain's best designers.
Our mixologists have created three delicious cocktails with fashionable connections, in homage to the occasion. Mix one up to have in hand while you keep up to date with the shows.

This elegant gin Tuxedo cocktail is created using our London Dry Gin. It's a slightly sweeter take on the classic gin cocktail, with a hint of spice.
- 30ml Slingsby London Dry
- 30ml Dry Vermouth
- 5ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
Method: Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass, stir and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a skewered cherry.
The Espresso Martini cocktail came to be in the 80s when a model walked into a London bar and asked for an alcoholic drink that would ‘wake her up'.
- 30ml Slingsby Pure Grain Vodka
- 20ml Coffee liqueur
- 60ml Cold brew coffee
- 15ml Vanilla syrup
- Pinch of salt
Method: Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously. Strain to remove the ice and then shake again. Lastly, strain into a Martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
This chic libation tastes floral and delicate on the palate. Our mixologists were inspired by one of 2020’s biggest fashion trends: pastels.
- 30ml Slingsby London Dry
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 5ml lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Peychaud Bitters
- 2 drops Monin Coconut Syrup
- Soda to top up
Method: Combine all ingredients (other than soda) and shake. Strain through a sieve into a champagne saucer. Top up with the soda and garnish with a lemon peel disc.
