We all love a Cosmo cocktail! Our adaptation of this classic vodka cocktail combines a variety of refreshing flavours from tangy Aperol and Kombucha to fruity pomegranate juice. Not forgetting that our vodka has a wonderfully smooth taste too.
INGREDIENTS
25ml Slingsby Vodka
15ml Aperol
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Pomegranate Juice
50ml Profusion Organic Kombucha
10ml Nettle Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a flamed orange zest.
