INGREDIENTS

30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin

25ml Strawberry Liqueur

25ml Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously to create a foam. Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with redcurrants.
