Rhubarb & Grapefruit Spritz

RHUBARB GIN

This sharer serve is a wonderful addition to the summer BBQ table and is guaranteed to impress your friends and family. The citrussy flavours from the grapefruit juice alongside our Rhubarb gin and the elderflower cordial makes an amazing flavour that will have people coming back for more.

INGREDIENTS

150ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin

200ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

100ml Elderflower Cordial

400ml Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Build in a pitcher or sharer jug, pour over ice into individual glasses and garnish with wedges of pink grapefruit.
