Royal celebrations are even better when shared with your friends and family and lots of delicious Rhubarb gin! Our 'Platinum Punch' is the perfect sharer serve for a long summer weekend of Jubilee festivities.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Rhubarb Gin

15ml Peach Liqueur

10ml Aperol

25ml Orange Juice

25ml Pineapple Juice

Top with Rose Lemonade

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake and strain into a Collins glass or scale-up and build in a large jug. Top each glass with rose lemonade and garnish with a peach slice.
