Take a stroll down ‘Gin Lane’ with our take on a classic Old Tom gin cocktail, the Slingsby Bramble. The sweetness of our gin alongside the bitterness of the lemon creates such a wonderful flavour that can be enjoyed all year long.
INGREDIENTS
40ml Slingsby Old Tom Gin
15ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
15ml Creme de Mure
10ml Sugar Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Build all ingredients in a low-ball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and blackberries.
