MOTHER SHIPTON’S ELIXIR
You cannot get much more of a classic gin cocktail than a martini, and when you add Old Tom to the mix, you get a seriously delightful drink. Bitter yet still slightly sweet and of course, super sophisticated.
INGREDIENTS
35ml Slingsby Old Tom
35ml Cocchi Torrino
1 Dash Orange Bitters
2 Dash Peychaud Bitters
Luxardo Cherry Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a stirring glass with ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass, zest with the orange peel and wipe around the rim of the glass. Discard and garnish with a luxardo cherry.
