Looking for a cocktail that’s tangy and sharp yet with a touch of sweetness? Our new 'Hemingway Spritz' combines delicious flavours that can be enjoyed all year around, but taste even better in Spring sunshine.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

20ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

10ml Lime Juice

10ml Maraschino Liqueur

5ml Sugar Syrup

50ml Mediterranean Tonic

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake and strain into a highball glass with crushed ice and top with the Mediterranean tonic. Grapefruit twist garnish.
