Try our take on everyone’s favourite classic gin cocktail, the Negroni, with the addition of autumnal flavours that taste super refreshing stirred together over ice. The combination of Sloe Gin and our freshly picked Blackberry gin is our favourite taste for autumn.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Slingsby Blackberry Gin

15ml Sloe Gin

15ml Campari

15ml Chambord

15ml Rosso Vermout

2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Stirred down all of the ingredients with ice for around 30 seconds and done. Garnish with a fresh blackberry and grapefruit peel to finish.
