  • 12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup 
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Rose Lemonade 

Add the gin, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass. Top with Rose Lemonade.

  • 50ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
  • 1/2 lime chopped into quarters
  • 6 raspberries
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Ginger beer

Muddle the limes and raspberries in a tall glass,
then add gin, mint and half fill the glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer, stir thoroughly and garnish
with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.

  • 20ml Licor 43
  • 20ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur (or alternate coffee liqueur)
  • 35ml espresso (or 50ml cold brew)

Shake all ingredients, double strain into a martini glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.

  • 50ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 5ml Rose’s Lime Cordial
  • 5ml Gomme syrup

Rim a short glass with lime and salt.
Shake and double strain ingredients into glass.
