‘Tis the season for amazing cocktails! Get creative with your drinks this Christmas and serve up a ‘Rhubarbtini’ for your festive celebrations and really impress with this super sophisticated spin on the classic Martini.
INGREDIENTS
40ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin
5ml Maraschino
25ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice. Stir until appropriately diluted and strain into a Martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.
