Say cheers to summer with a refreshing Slingsby spin on a mojito cocktail with our latest addition, Blackberry gin. This cocktail has the more wonderful juicy fruit flavour thanks to the addition to plenty of fresh blackberries.
INGREDIENTS
35ml Slingsby Blackberry Gin
25ml Sloe Gin
10ml Sugar Syrup
200ml Lemon Tonic
Fresh Blackberries
Fresh Mint Sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle blackberries with the blackberry gin in a cocktail tin, then double strain over ice into the glass. Then add Sloe Gin & Sugar and top with lemon tonic.
