Grapefruit Gimlet

NAVY STRENGTH GIN

The combination of our Navy Strength gin and pink grapefruit is one of our favourites. The freshly squeezed juice in this cocktail compliments the citrussy base of our gin whilst also allowing the earthy botanicals to come through and have a more dominant presence. A lovely drink!

INGREDIENTS

50ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin

50ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice

5ml Rose’s Lime Cordial

5ml Gomme Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim a short glass with lime and salt. Shake and double strain ingredients into glass.
