GOOSEBERRY GIN

The flavour of our Gooseberry gin is actually based on the taste of a crisp Sauvignon Blanc wine so this drink combines the most perfect pairing! Those two ingredients alongside some apple juice and a splash of fizz finish it off to make a wonderfully light and refreshing drink.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

50ml New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

4 Mint leaves

25ml Cloudy Apple Juice

Top with Soda or Sparkling Apple Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Build in a large wine glass filled with ice and top with sparkling apple juice or soda
